Treatment of Waste Water From Wet FGD in Power Plant

金山电厂采用了湿法烟气脱硫技术去除烟气中的二氧化硫,但烟气脱硫时会产生废水,采用中和、沉淀、絮凝、澄清等工序,对废水中含有的悬浮物、氟化物和重金属进行处理,沉积的污泥用压滤机脱水。经过对该工艺参数进行调试,处理后的出水符合排放标准。

Jin Shan electric power plant has adopted wet flue gas desulphurization technology to remove sulfur dioxide in flue gas, but this progress would produce wastewater, it contains large amount of suspended solids, fluoride and heavy metals. These must be removed from wastewater. After the wastewater was treated by neutralization, sedimentation, flocculation, clarification processes, accumulation of silt was dehydrated by pressure filter. After debugging this process, the treated effluent has met the discharge standards.
