摘要 Tuxpeno和Suwan是热带地区的重要玉米种质,引入我国后被西南山区玉米生产上广泛采用,作为育种材料已育出一批优良自交系和杂交种供玉米生产利用。为了保持各类玉米种质的优点,克服各自的缺陷,采用瑞德与Tuxpeno杂交,在多次混粉的基础上,自交选育出配合力较好的自交系QB602、QB912和QB926;兰卡斯特与Suwan杂交育出配合力较好的自交系QB408、QB437和QB476等。同时,组成了2个平衡群体:瑞德/Tuxpeno和兰卡斯特/Suwan,供进一步的相互轮回选择。文中还对瑞德/Tuxpeno×兰卡斯特/Suwan作为杂种优势模式的可能性进行了探讨。 Tuxpeno and Suwan germplasms are the important maize germplasm resources in tropical areas and a number of good inbred lines and hybrid combinations were bred from those germplasms in Southwest mountainous areas in China.In order to keep their germplasm advantage and overcome their disadvantage,QB602、QB912 and QB926 with a better combining ability were bred from Reid×Tuxpeno after repeated mixed pollination and QB408、QB437 and QB476 with a better combining ability were bred from Lancast×Suwan.Two balanced populations of Reid/Tuxpeno and Lancast/Suwan can be used for further recurrent selection.The paper discusses the possibility of heterotic mode between Reid/Tuxpeno and Lancast/Suwan in Southern China.
