野生二粒小麦与我国栽培小麦品质性状比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 为发掘野生二粒小麦丰富的种质资源,对来自以色列Mt.Hermon地区的119份野生二粒小麦和我国不同地区36份栽培小麦的品质性状进行了测定分析。结果表明:以色列野生二粒小麦与我国栽培小麦在个体和整体水平的面筋、蛋白质、沉降值等性状指标单因素方差分析都达到了显著差异水平。以上指标间的斯皮尔曼秩相关检定显示,各质量性状间存在不同程度的相关性。进一步分析表明:野生二粒小麦的品质性状存在丰富的多样性,并且与我国现代栽培小麦存在着明显的差异,对这些差异进行研究为我国栽培小麦品种的品质改良提供了遗传基础。 The quality characters of 119 T.dicoccoides materials from Israel and 36 cultivated wheat varieties from China were determined to develop the abundant germplasm resource from T.dicoccoides.The results showed that there was significant difference in gluten,protein and sedimentation value between T.dicoccoides materials and cultivated wheat varieties and there was a certain correlation between different quality characters in T.dicoccoides materials and cultivated wheat varieties.There is abundant diversity in quality characters of T.dicoccoides,which can be used in quality improvement of Chinese cultivated wheat varieties.
