摘要
采用单因素随机盆栽设计,研究薤白在不同浓度铅胁迫下生长发育及重金属积累特征的变化。结果表明:低浓度铅胁迫下对薤白生长发育影响不大,高浓度铅胁迫下的出苗率、株高和生物量则显著低于对照;随着土壤铅污染程度的增加,薤白根系的耐性指数明显降低,各部分铅含量不断增加,同一施铅水平处理下地下部分铅积累量明显高于地上部分。
The plants of Allium macrostemon were tested under different Pb concentration stress by the single-factor random design to study the effect on its growth and development and Pb accumulation characteristic.The results showed that the low Pb concentration had no obvious effect on its growth and development,the seedling rate,plant height and fresh weight under the high Pb concentration stress were significantly lower than CK,the tolerant index of Allium macrostemon roots obviously decreased and the Pb content in the aerial part and underground part increased with increase of soil Pb pollution degree,and the Pb accumulation of the aerial part was significantly higher than the underground part under the same Pb concentration stress.
