摘要
应用HACCP方法,通过对绿色肉猪饲养管理流程中各个环节的危害分析,确定关键控制点;对关键控制点中存在的潜在危害做出有效监控和纠偏措施,并对关键控制点建立档案记录,制定绿色肉猪饲养管理HACCP体系工作简表;绘制绿色肉猪饲养管理流程危害分析表及绿色肉猪饲养管理HACCP计划表,进而初步构建绿色肉猪饲养管理HACCP模式,并应用于肉猪饲养管理中,可有效控制饲养管理过程中的潜在危害,为绿色肉猪生产研究提供理论指导。
Hazard analysis was carried out and critical control point for all links of feeding and management of green pigs was determined through hazard analysis critical control point(HACCP).Effective monitoring and corrective action plan were made for potential hazard in critical control point,file records were established for critical control point,time tables were formulated for HACCP green pigs' feeding and management procedures.Hazard analysis table and HACCP plan for green pigs feeding and management process were drafted,further more,the HACCP mode of green pigs feeding and management was initially established and applied in pork production to effectively control the potential hazards in the process of the feeding and management of green pigs,and provided theoretical guidance for the production study of green pigs.
