摘要
以雪莲果中低聚糖提取率为评价指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验对雪莲果低聚糖的水浴提取工艺和微波提取工艺进行了优化设计和比较。结果表明,微波提取工艺的最佳提取条件为:提取时间10 min,微波功率630W,料液比1∶40;水浴提取工艺的最佳提取条件为:时间4 h,温度80℃,料液比1∶40。两种方法中以微波提取时间短,效率高,优于水浴法。
The hot water and microwave extraction technologies of oligosaccharide from Smallanthus sonchifolius were optimized and compared by taking the oligosaccharide extraction rate as the evaluation index and using the single factor test and orthogonal design.The results showed that the optimum microwave extraction technology is 10min extraction time,630 W microwave power and 1∶40 solid/liquid ratio,and the optimum hot water extraction technology is 4h extraction time,80℃ water temperature and 1∶40 solid/liquid ratio.The microwave extraction technology is better than the hot water extraction technology.
