腓骨在牙种植应用中的解剖学分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:测量腓骨横断面解剖结构并探讨在其上进行牙种植的可能性。方法:对21例2005~2006年在我院行腓骨移植患者的腓骨横断面进行解剖结构测量,并进行统计学分析。结果:腓骨横断面的高度平均值为14.5mm,底宽平均值为11.1mm,上嵴的宽度平均值为3.7mm,上嵴到髓腔的厚度平均值为4.8mm,通过骨髓中心的宽度平均值为9.8mm。结论:单纯是以腓骨本身的条件进行标准的种植体植入,往往显得骨量不足,但可选用一些适合于骨量不足病例的种植体进行牙种植。
