人胎盘催乳素放射免疫分析试剂盒研制及临床应用

Development of Radioimmunoassay Method for HPL and Its Clinical Application

研制了人胎盘催乳素（HPL）放射免疫分析试剂盒，并应用于临床。采用氯胺-T碘化标记法制备125I－HPL方法的灵敏度为0，05μg／mL（95％可信度），批内及批间变异系数分别为4．3％～9．4％和6．7％～12．4％，回收率为95％～105％。检测的170份不同孕周的孕妇血清，HPL水平与临床相符。该试剂盒具有灵敏度高、特异性强、稳定性好、操作简单、反应时间短等特点。用其检测孕妇血清的HPL含量，能证实：HPL与胎盘功能及胎儿发育具有非常密切的关系，同时对某些肿瘤的诊断也具有重要意义。

A new method of RIA for HPL has been developed which has high sensitivity,good reaction specification, good stability and short time. The sensitivity is 0. 05μg/mL. the intra -assay and inter-assay coefficients variatiors are 4.3 % - 9. 4% and 6. 7% -12 .4%,respectively. The Percentage of recovery is 95-105. The serum HPL levels measured in 170 pregnant woman are correspandent with clinical diagnosis.
