超敏C-反应蛋白、抗C1q抗体与系统性红斑狼疮活动性的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和抗C1q抗体(C1qAb)与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)活动性的关系。方法:hs-CRP采用免疫透射比浊法,抗C1q抗体采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)对65例SLE患者及43例健康体检者检测,分析hs-CRP和C1qAb与SLE活动性的关系。结果:hs-CRP活动组显著高于稳定组(P=0.008)和对照组(P=0.000),稳定组显著高于对照组(P=0.007);C1qAb水平活动组显著高于稳定组(P=0.000)和对照组(P=0.000),稳定组显著高于对照组(P=0.000);在SLE活动组里,hs-CRP和C1qAb明显相关(P=0.001)。结论:hs-CRP和C1qAb与SLE的活动性密切相关,联合检测hs-CRP与C1qAb,可为SLE活动性的判断和指导临床治疗提供重要实验依据。 Objective To investigate the relationship of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and anti-C1q antibody(C1qAb) with disease activity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Method Hs-CRP was measured by immunoturbidimetic assay,and C1qAb was determined by ELISA in 65 cases with SLE and 43 cases of healthy people.Results The serum levels of hs-CRP were significantly higher in active group than stable(P=0.008) and control group(P=0.000),stable group significantly higher than control group(P=0.007).The serum levels of C1qAb were significantly higher in active group than stable(P=0.000) and control group(P=0.000),stable group significantly higher than control group(P=0.000).There was significant correlation between hs-CRP and anti-C1q Ab in active group.Conclusion The levels of hs-CRP and C1qAb in SLE patients are closely related to the disease activity.The detection of hs-CRP and C1qAb can supply judgment of the activity of SLE and guidance of clinical treatment with important experimental evidence.
