依拉普利联合安体舒通对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽影响

Comparison of effects of Enalapril and spironolactone on natriuretic peptide in patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者在常规加用依拉普利治疗基础上联合安体舒通治疗对血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法:将CHF患者68例随机分为两组:依拉普利组35例,依拉普利加安体舒通组33例,治疗观察时间均为24周。检测治疗前后两组患者的血压、血浆BNP水平、超声心动图等。结果:治疗24周后,两组患者血浆BNP水平、超声心动图与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组间血浆BNP水平比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:依拉普利与安体舒通均能改善患者心功能、降低血浆BNP水平,两药联合治疗更明显。

Objective To evaluate the effects on brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） of patients with chronic congestive heart failure（CHF） with the basic Enalapril therapy plus spironolactone.Method Total 68 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups：Thirty-five patients in Enalapril group,thirty-three patients in Enalapril and spironolactone group.The treatment duration was 24 weeks.Blood pressure,plasma BNP level,echocardiography were tested before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After 24 weeks′ treatment,there were statistically differences in plasma BNP levels and echocardiography compared with those before treatment（P0.05）.There was statistically difference in plasma BNP level of the two groups after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion Enalapril and spironolactone are both able to improve cardiac function and reduce plasma BNP levels,furthermore,the combination of the above two drugs shows better effects in patients with CHF.
