高血压治疗方案的成本效果分析

Cost-effectiveness analysis of hypertension treatment program

目的:通过随机分组联合用药实验对抗高血压用药进行成本效果分析,为临床治疗提供高效、经济、合理方案,具有重要参考价值。方法:以三组高血压联合药物治疗方案:A方案(美托洛尔+氨氯地平)、B方案(美托洛尔+依那普利)、C方案(氨氯地平+氢氯噻嗪)作为模型方案,采用药物经济学手段进行分析评价。结果:三组治疗高血压病,在治疗前后降压取得了显著的疗效(P<0.05),在疗效上无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组方案中B方案成本最低且成本效果比也最少。结论:三组用药方案比较B组为临床较合理的抗高血压联合用药方案。

Objective To analyze the cost-effectiveness in antihypertensive medication with random,combine experiment,and provide efficient,economic,and reasonable programs for clinical treatment.Method Three groups of antihypertensive drug treatment programs：program A（metoprolol ＋ amlodipine）,program B（metoprolol ＋ enalapril）,and program C（amlodipine ＋ hydrochlorothiazide） as the model programs,the use of drugs by means of analysis and evaluation of economics.Results The blood pressure before and after treatment had made significant efficacy in the three groups（P0.05）.There were no significant difference in efficacy among the three groups（P0.05）.Program B had the lowest-cost and cost-effectiveness ratio was least.Conclusion Group B is a more reasonable program of antihypertensive combination therapy among the three groups.
