支气管哮喘的斑贴试验评价

A Evaluation for Patch Test of Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨支气管哮喘患者有效的检测其过敏源的方法。方法:对230例哮喘患儿行斑贴试验以明确诱发哮喘的过敏原。即从特异性、阳性率以及TIgE水平等几方面对该检查进行评价。结果:斑贴试验特异性高、阳性率高,安全性高且痛苦性小。结论:斑贴试验有临床使用价值,但尚不能完全替代其它常规过敏原皮试检查。

Objective Asthma is a disease of heteropathy of airway, it＇s attacking is based on bronchitis. Asthma has many causal morbis, allergen contacting is the most important determinal factor for it＇s tacking. Methods Two hundred and thirty asthma-attacking children were under patch test to find the anaphy lactogen which ducing the asthma attacking~ This study was to evaluate the specifity, positive rate, the lever of TIgE of patch test. ResuRs In patch test has high specificity, positive rate, safety and small discomfort. Conclusion Patch test has high clinical value, but it can＇t completely substand other routine skin test in allergen finding.
