摘要
综述了大规模管道长输CO2技术的国内外发展现状。CO2管道输送技术与石油天然气管道输送技术相似,主要差别在于CO2输送管道对于防腐保温和运行操作的特殊要求。我国目前尚未建造CO2长输管道,还需要积极引进国外先进技术、加强产学研联合开发,运用橇装试验装置进行现场工程试验,以迅速填补国内空白。根据我国的CO2排放和地质储存状况,CO2捕获与封存技术的分析成本低于国际碳排量交易价格,发展大规模管道长输CO2技术具有重大经济环保价值和战略意义。
The paper summarizes the technology development actualities of large-scale pipelines transporting CO2 at home and abroad. CO2 pipelining and oil pipelining are similar in transporting technology, however major difference for the former is the specialrequirements in corrosion control and/or insulation and operation of CO2 pipeline. In China, long-distance CO2 pipeline have not yet been constructed, and next work to be done is to introduce foreign advanced technology and strengthen joint development on relative production, science and research; and skid-mounted testing equipment can be utilized in field engineering experiment inorder to fill in the gaps in the field rapidly. In the light of CO2 emissions and geological storage in China, analysis cost for CO2 CS (capture and seal-up for safekeeping) technology is lower than the international transaction value on carbon emissions, therefore, the technology development in CO2 transportation through large-scale pipeline is of great significance for environmental protectionand strategy.
