Unsteady State Motion Model of Pigs for Gas Transmission Pipelines

摘要 介绍了输气管道清管器运动规律的研究现状,指出目前绝大多数清管器运动模型均以稳态和准稳态假设为前提,与实际情况存在较大差距。F.Esmaeilzadeh提出了一种清管器非稳态运动模型。该模型应用特征线法(MOC)和Runge-Kutta数学方法对状态方程、连续性方程、动量方程和能量方程进行求解,其计算结果能够较好地预测清管器在管中的运动速度,对实际清管作业具有一定的指导意义。 Research on the status of motion rule of the pig for gas transmission pipelines is described. It is pointed out that most motion models of the pigs at present adopt the steady state and unsteady state assumptions as application precondition, therefore,a greatdifference exists between the assumption and true gas pipeline conditions. F. Esmaeilzadeh proposes an unsteady state motion model of the pigs. The model uses MOC and Runge Kutta method to solve state equation, continuity equation, momentum equation and energy equation, and calculation results can perfectly forecast traveling speed of the pig in a pipeline, which is of instructivesignificance in pigging operation of gas transmission pipelines.
