摘要
目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关高血压(OSAHAHT)患者血浆还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)及血清还原型辅酶Ⅱ(NADPH)、氧化型辅酶Ⅱ(NADP+)水平。探讨OSAHS患者氧化还原态的变化。方法选择OSAHS患者39例,其中无并发症的OSAHS患者20例,OSAHAHT患者19例,;健康对照组19例,应用比色法和酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆GSH、GSSG,血清NADPH、NADP+水平。结果3组受检者血浆GSH、GSSG及血清NADPH、NADP+水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中OSAHS患者与对照组比较,OSAHAHT与OSAHS患者组比较,血浆GSH/GSSG、血清NADPH/NADP+比值均降低(P<0.05),并且与反映睡眠呼吸暂停严重程度的指标均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论OSAHS患者存在GSH/GSSG、NADPH/NADP+比值的变化,且与OSAHS的病情严重程度相关;氧化还原态的变化在OSAHAHT患者中更明显。
Objective To determine the levels of plasma reduced glutathione (GSH),oxidized glutathione(GSSG) and serum reduced coenzyme II (NADPH),oxidized coenzyme II(NADP^+) to explore the redox state changes of OSAHS in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)without complications and in those with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome associated hypertension(OSANHAHT).Methods The levels of plasma GSH,GSSG and serum NADPH,NADP^+ were determined by spectrophotography and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in groups OSAHS (OSAHS patients without complications,n=20),OSAHANT (n=19) and control (n=19).Results There was significant difference in levels of plasma GSH,GSSG and serum NADPH,NADP between 3 groups (P〈0.01).The levels of plasma GSH/GSSG and serum NADPH/ NADP^+ were lower in OSAHS group than in control and lower in PSAHAHT group than in OSAHS group(P〈0.05),and negatively correlated with AHI,CT90%,ODI and ArI.Conclusion The changes of GSH/GSSG and NADPH/ NADP^+,existing in OSAHS patients,are correlated with the severity of OSAHS;redox state changes are more pronounced in OSAHAHT patients.
