摘要细菌性阴道病是常见阴道感染,可引起多种妇科感染及妊娠不良结局。目前其致病菌及诊断标准已基本确定,治疗方面硝基咪唑类药物对其疗效确切,但治疗后复发率仍较高,故有关于其治疗方法一直都在探索中,本文就其治疗研究进展做一综述。 Bacterial vaginosis （BV） is a common vaginal infection,which can cause gynecological infections and ill outcome of pregnancy.The pathogenic bacteria and diagnostic criteria are virtually certain.Nitromidazoles are active for BV,but its recurernce rate is high.So the treatment methods for BV have been explored.This paper reviews the progress in research of its treatments.
