In view of rich resources of high resources of materials the features of shanghai nonferrous industries, quality professional talents, brisk production and including high trade activities for regeneration, the authors propose that shanghai nonferrous production cost, , as well as rich industries should develop those products with high technologies contained and high value added, optimize the structure of the industries, make efforts to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, develop circular economy actively and create platforms for trading, by electronic means.
