摘要
为确定一氧化碳变换中冷凝水的适宜喷入量,采用MATLAB工程计算软件进行数值计算和优化,建立了喷水量与变换率关系方程y=5.98×10-6x3-1.93×10-3x2+2.02×10-1x-6.21,并成功得出生产条件下的适宜喷入量91.2kmol·h,为生产和控制提供参考或依据。
Using MATLAB engineering calculation software for numerical calculation and optimization to determine thc appropriate amount of spraying condensed water. Established the relation equations between the amount of spraying condensed water and the conversion rate, y=5.98×10^-6x3.1.93×10^-3x2+2.02×10^-1x.6.21,, and successfully obtained the appropriate amount of spraying water was 91.2 kmol·h^-1 under production conditions, provided reference and basis for the production and control.
