摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐和苯胺为原料、二甲苯为溶剂,负载磷酸为催化剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,采用两步法合成了N-苯基马来酰亚胺,产品经核磁、红外表征,液相色谱分析,产品收率达到90%,纯度达到99.7%。最佳工艺条件为:n(苯胺)∶n(顺丁烯二酸酐)为1∶1.05,胺化反应温度为60~70℃,催化剂用量2.5g,环化反应温度为142℃,环化时间为2h。
N-phenylmaleimide was synthezised from maleic anhydride and aniline with loading H3PO4 as catalyst. The yield of this two-step method was 90 % and the HPLC purity was 99.7 %. The optimized conditions of the synthesis were: the molar ratio of maleic anhydride and aniline was 1 : 1.05, the amination temperature was 60--70 ℃, the cyelization temperature was 142 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 2.5 g, and the cyclization time was 2 h.
