摘要
探索了高铁酸钾降解活性染料模拟、实际废水的过程,分别考察了高铁酸钾投加量、pH、反应时间对反应过程与对象污染物降解的影响规律。结果表明,模拟废水的最佳降解条件为:高铁酸钾与模拟废水中染料的物质的量之比为4:1,pH范围为7~9,反应时间约为20min;对于实际废水,高铁酸钾对色度、COD去除率分别达到97%、38%。
The degradation of reactive dyes wastewater using potassium ferrate was explored and the effect of potassium ferrate dose, pH, and reaction time on the oxidation process and the degradation efficiency was studied. The results indicated that: to the simulated wastewater, the best molar ratio of potassium ferrate dose to reactive dyes was 4:1, the optimum pH was 7-9, the proper reaction time was 20 rain; to the real wastewater, 97 % of colour reduction and 38 % of COD removal were achieved.
