尿素醇解法合成氨基甲酸甲酯平衡常数的测定

摘要 文章测定了尿素醇解法合成氨基甲酸甲酯的平衡常数。在433.15K时,无催化剂条件下,甲醇和尿素在高压釜内反应生成氨基甲酸甲酯,待反应达到平衡后,通过气相色谱仪和液相色谱仪测定平衡混合物的组成来计算反应的平衡常数。气相可近似认为是氨气和甲醇组成的二元混合物,液相近似认为是尿素、甲醇和氨基甲酸甲酯组成的三元混合物。实验结果表明,实验重现性较好,平衡常数数值是可靠的。 In the paper, the equilibrium constant of the synthesis reaction of methyl carbamate from urea alcoholysis was measured. At 433.15 K, methyl carbamate was synthesized by methanol and urea in autoclave reactor without catalyst. When the reaction achieved equilibrium, the concentrations of each composition were determined by GC and HPLC, and the equilibrium constant was calculated. The vapor phase can be regarded as a binary mixture of ammonia and methanol, and the liquid phase can be considered as a trinary mixture of urea, methanol and methyl carbamate. The results showed that the experimental repeatability was better and the value of equilibrium constant was acceptable and available.
