主要介绍了焦炉炭化室窜漏所带来的一系列严重后果,包括破坏加热制度、降低焦炭质量、缩短炉体寿命等。还有对炭化室空压密封技术的介绍:将密封料由压缩空气导入焦炉炭化室,并通过炭化室加压,使密封料由串漏缝隙进入燃烧室,在此过程中密封料在砖缝挂结,从而起到密封堵漏作用。还包括对空压密封后效果的说明。
