摘要
从人才培养目标、培养方案、教学体系、教学质量保障体系与实践教学管理机制等方面对化工领域应用型人才的培养进行理论探索,形成应用型人才培养的教学理念和培养模式,构建以注重工程应用为核心的教学内容和课程体系。达到提高应用型人才培养的能力和水平,促进应用型人才全面发展,为化学工业的发展培养更多的高素质应用型人才的目的。
Cultivation mode for chemical engineering practical talent was explored in the aspects of cultivation goal, training program, teaching system, teaching quality control system and practical teaching management system, to form teaching ideas of cultivation mode of practical talent, and to build teaching contents and curriculum system based on engineering application. It would help improve the capabilities of practical talents cultivation, promote practical talents' all-round development, and cultivate more practical talents for the development of our chemical industry.
