车间可更换单元诊断模型及其在自动测试系统中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对复杂电子设备车间可更换单元故障诊断的原理和需求,提出了一种新的车间可更换单元诊断模型.该模型能较好地描述信号传递的路径,能有效地解决外场可更换单元内部各车间可更换单元之间信号连接关系复杂带来的诊断困难.该模型适合应用于自动测试系统中,有利于建立标准化的诊断程序,并提高诊断效率和诊断精度.对模型的研究也可以为工业部门提供可测试性设计的建议. For complex electronic equipments, a novel diagnosis model for SRU (Shop Replaceable Unit) was presented. The model can preferably depict the complex signale pathways and effectively solve the diagnosis difficulty brought by the complex connection relation among SRUs of LRU (Line Replaceable Unit). The model is suitable for ATS (Automatic Test System) to standardize the diagnosis procedure as well as to promote the diagnosis efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, the analysis on SRU diagnosis models can provide useful advices on testability design of LRU for industrial sectors.
