摘要
目的探索和完善氟斑牙脱色治疗的临床效果。方法用自行研制的氟斑牙脱色系列制剂，对１７０颗着色程度不同的氟斑牙进行治疗。结果临床脱色显效率：轻度１００％，中度９５．１％，重度３３．３％；治疗前后牙髓活力、牙龈颜色无明显变化，部分脱色不满意者，可用美容修饰膜增强美容效果。结论集脱色、釉面护理和美容修饰为一体的新氟牙脱色体系，为牙齿美容增加了新的治疗途径。
Objective To investigate and improve the clinical effect of the decoloration of dental fluorosis stains.Methods 170 fluorosis teeth of different degree of stains were treated with self made decolorizing serial preparation. Results The rates of perfect decoloration at once were 100 % of slight, 95.1 % of moderate and 33.3 % of severe respectively. The odonthemodia and injury of gingiva were not observed after therapy. For the unnoticed cases, the cosmetic membrane was used to improve the results. Conclusion This new system with decoloration and protection was a new model for dental cosmetic.
