摘要
将计算固体力学分析、三维计算流体动力学分析以及流固耦合技术与传统的常规计算方法和汽轮机行业安全性准则相结合,综合判断动叶片在其共振点上运行的安全性。针对某一低压叶片级组,通过对其进行改进设计,在基本保持原有气动性能的前提下提高了叶片的安全性能指标,扩大了该低压级组转速运行范围。
The operational safety of rotating blades of resonance point is estimated in terms of its turbine criterion combining with computational solid mechanics,three dimensional computational fluid mechanics,fluid-solid interaction technology and conventional method.For a certain LP blade group,the performance index of blade safety is improved and the more extensive ranges for the blade speed are realized on the premise of maintaining the original aerodynamic performance and improving the design.
