摘要
引进型37立方油箱中采用了大量的非标准件,给加工和检验过程增加了很大的工作量。本文采用有限元方法对油箱模块使用非标准件和标准件分别进行了计算,结果表明选用标准件替换不仅可以简化加工过程,节省成本,更可以优化结构。本文可为油箱模块的设计完善提供参考。
As nonstandard components are widely used in the introduced 37 m3 oil reservoir,it increases additional time to machine and inspect.The finite element method is employed to calculate the nonstandard and standard components of oil reservoir model respectively.It is demonstrated that the standard component choosing can not only simplify the manufacturing process and save cost,but also optimize the configuration.The report can be used as a reference for design of the oil reservoir.
