摘要
用小鼠观察了氯胺酮(Ketamine,K)对吗啡(Morphine,M)镇痛作用及其耐受性的影响。小鼠热板法、电刺激法和扭体法表明,K(ip或sc20mg/kg)在这三种方法中均可增强M的镇痛作用(P<0.01,P<0.05)。每隔6小时ipK20mg/kg,可抑制小鼠对连续注射M镇痛效应耐受性的形成(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结果提示,K可增强M镇痛作用,延缓M镇痛耐受性的形成,K与M没有明显交叉耐受性。K与M配伍用于镇痛可能是有益的。
The effects of ketamine(k) on morphine(M) induced analgesia and tolerance were studied by hot plate, electrical stimulation and writhing test in mice. Administration of a combination of K(ip or sc 20mg/kg)and M was found to increase the analgesic effect in the three test(P<0.01,P<0.05). Analgesic effects of both K and M remarkably diminished after 4 repeated administrations,but the administration of the two drugs combined could improve analgesic effect.Tolerance to M induced analgesic effect was inhibited by repeated administration of K(20mg/kg ip, q6h). Cross tolerance between K and M was not observed. These results suggest that administration of a combination of K and M may be benefical in analgesic use.
