摘要
对从湛江地区进出口水产品加工厂抽取的1158份冻水产品进行的单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌分析，本实验采用了全自动酶联荧光免疫分析仪筛选法进行了初步筛选，对分离菌株用API Listeria试剂盒进行鉴定。经检验，1158个样品中有7个样品（0．60％）为单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌阳性，另有4个（0．35％）为L．in—nocua，L．welschimeri和L．grayi阳性。本试验VidasLMO检测试剂条呈现4个假阳性，经鉴定为李斯特氏菌属中L．innocua，L．welschimeri和L．grayi，表明Vidas LMO检测试剂条存在一定的假阳性率。
To investigate the contamination of Listeria Monocytogenes （LM）in frozen aquatic products, 1 158 samples were collected from import and export of aquatic products processing plant in Zhanjiang. In this paper, VITEK Immune Diagnostic Assay System（Vidas） was used for screening, then the isolated strains were dectcted by API Listeria Kit. The result showed that 7 samples were positive for LM, 4 samples were positive for L. innocua, L. welschimeri and L.grayi in 1 158 samples. The Video LMO kit showed 4 false positive results revealing that there was a certain false positive rate for the vidas LMO Kit.
