原料乳中抗生素的来源及控制

Origins and Control of Antibiotic Residues in Raw Milk

摘要 本文概述了原料乳中残留抗生素的种类;探讨了原料乳中残留抗生素的来源、危害;分别介绍了美国、欧盟及我国对抗生素残留管理的相关情况,并综述了抗生素残留检测方法;最后论述了原料乳生产加工过程中抗生素残留的控制措施。同时,对今后研究重点和发展趋势作了展望。 In the paper types and origins of antibiotic residues in raw milk and its hazards were reviewed. Corresponding legislations and management on antibiotic residues in USA, EU and China werediscussed. The current detection methods of antibiotic residues in raw milk were summarized. Finally the control methods in the process of raw milk production and the future research focus and trends werediscussesd.
