骨科住院患者初次便秘时间探讨

Study on first constipation time for orthopedic inpatients

目的探讨骨科住院患者初次发生便秘的时间，以便极早干预，有效预防便秘发生。方法回顾性调查笔者所在医院2009年4月～2009年6月住院时间在20d以上的骨科出院病历162份，排除禁食、器质性便秘、慢性便秘、症状性便秘者。结果有109例患者发生便秘，便秘次数116次。其中手术患者103例（105次手术），便秘89次；入院3d内发生便秘32次，术前1d～术后3d45次，术后4～7d9次，术后8—14d3次。非手术患者59例，发生便秘27次；入院3d内21次，4～7d4次，7～14d2次。结论骨科住院患者初次发生便秘主要在入院3d内和术前1d～术后3d，护士应从患者入院开始就要积极干预预防便秘发生。

Objective To study on first constipation time for orthopedic inpatients,for preventing constipation more effectively. Methods We reviewed the 162 orthopedic inpatients cases staying in hospital more than 20 days,during April to June 2009. All cases involved in fast- ing,organic constipation,chronic constipation,and symptom constipation had been excluded. Results There are 109 cases had the constipation, and there 116 times constipation happened. There are 89 constipation among 103 operation cases （105 operation patients） ;32 constipation happened in 3 days ,45 constipation happened during 1 day before operation to 3 days after operation ,9 constipation happened during 4 to 7 days after operation ,2 constipation happened during 7 to 14 days after operation. Conclusion The first constipation time for orthopedic inpatients is in 3 days in hospital and 1 day before operation to 3 days after operation mainly. The nurses should prevent the constipation since the patients staying in hospital.
