低氧照射对雄性小鼠生殖细胞的保护作用

摘要 目的探讨低氧照射对正常组织的放射防护作用。材料与方法小鼠被X线全身照射后,通过睾丸中3类细胞染色体畸变细胞率来测定小鼠睾丸组织的损伤程度。结果当雄性小鼠在呼吸10.5%低氧混合气体时,3类细胞染色体畸变细胞率均低于呼吸空气组的染色体畸变细胞率。P<0.01,精原细胞的放射保护因数(RadiationProtectionFactor,RPF)=1.91;初级精母细胞RPF=1.53;次级精母细胞RPF=1.96。结论实验证实在呼吸10.5%低氧混合气体时,对雄性小鼠进行照射。 Purpose To determine if hypoxic irradiation could have protection effect to germ cells of male mouse on radiation. Materials and Methods Degree of damage to the testis of male mouse by total body irradiation was measured by means of the percentages of three kinds of cells with chromosomal aberration in testis.Results The percentages of three kinds of cells with chromosomal aberration of male mouse irradiated in gas mixture with 10.5% O 2 were lower than in air(P<0.01). Radiation protection factor (RPF) of spermatogonia was 1.91, RPF of the primary spermatocyte was 1.53, RPF of the secondary spermatocyte was 1.96. Conclusion The study demonstrates the testis can be protected when male mice are irradiated in gas mixture with 10.5% O 2.
