石杉碱甲片治疗阿耳茨海默病的临床疗效

The clinical observation of Alzheimer's disease treated by Huperzine A

目的:观察石杉碱甲片治疗阿耳茨海默病(AD)临床疗效.方法:选择符合ICD-10诊断标准的41例AD患者,随机给其中治疗组(23例)投用石杉碱甲0.15mg bid;对照组(18例)投用砒啦西坦1.2g bid;8wk为一疗程.疗前、疗后分别进行韦氏记忆量表(WMS)和简明智力量表(MMSE)的检则和评分比较.结果:两组治疗前、后 WMS的记忆商(MQ)和MMSE总评分,自身比较有显著性差异(治疗组P<O.01,对照组P<0.05).组间比较治疗组对于改善记忆、提高认知功能都明显优于对照组(P<0.01),总有效率达56.52%.结论:石杉碱甲是当前治疗AD具有疗效和希望的药物.

AIM : To observe the therapeutic effects of Huperzine A in Alzheimer's disease (AD). METHODS:This open,random,prospective study was conducted with 23 AD caseswho were administered Huperzine A tablets 0.15 mg,bid,and 18 AD cases who administered piracetam 1.2 g,bid. Patients were assessed by Wechsler memory scale(WMS), mini-mental state examination(MMSE)at the beginning and the end of 8 wk treatment. RESULTS:The WMS scores,MMSE scores of 2 groups had significant difference at the end and the begin-ning of 8 wk treatment (Huperzine A groups P<0. 01,piracetam groups P<0. 05). Hu-perzine A had better therapeutic effects than piracetam in escalating patient's memory and cognitive function (P<0.01). Huperzine A had rarely side effects. CONCLUSION: Hu-perzine A is one of the hopeful drugs to therapy AD up to now.
