摘要
研究了汽车主锥总成装配中配对圆锥滚子轴承预紧的问题,包括轴承预紧力与轴向位移、压紧轴承的锁紧螺母拧紧力矩之间的关系,以及轴向位移量与启动摩擦力矩之间的内在联系,并计算了轴承预紧力矩和轴承启动摩擦力矩,研制出具有预紧力矩和启动摩擦力矩自动测量功能的主锥自动装配设备。设备使用后,工作正常稳定,成功地解决了主锥总成装配上的一个技术难点,大大提高了主锥总成的装配质量和生产效率。
The problems of the matched tapered roller bearing preloads in the bearing assembly of bevel drive pinion assembly of truck are studied in this paper. The study includes the relation among the bevel drive pinion bearing preloads, axial displacement and locknut screwing moment and the relation between the start-up frictional moments and axial displacement. And the bearing preloads moment and start-up friction moment are calculated. Based on these researches, the equipment of automatic bevel drive pinion assembly is developed, which has the function of automatically measuring screwing moment and start-up friction moment. The equipment works smoothly after being used and solves the technical difficulty of the bevel drive pinion assembly successfully, which improves the assembling quality and efficiency of bevel drive pinion assembly.
