摘要
采用阳离子交换树脂Amberlyst15作催化剂,分别以十二醇和三异丁烯为烷基化试剂,与苯酚进行烷基化反应合成支链十二烷基苯酚,分别考察了温度、时间、催化剂用量和原料物质的量比等反应条件对烷基化反应的影响。通过对比,选用三异丁烯为烷基化试剂合成支链十二烷基苯酚,并用正交实验法对工艺条件进行了优化,使支链十二烷基苯酚的收率达50%左右。
Using cation exchange resin Amberlyst 15 as the catalyst,phenol reacted upon dodecanol and triisobutene (used as alkylation reagents),respectively,to form branched-chain dodecylphenol.The impacts of temperature,time,the amount of catalyst and raw materials (molar ratio) on the alkylation reaction were researched respectively.After comparing the results,triisobutene was chosen as the alkylation reagent for the synthesis of branched-chain dodecylphenol.Then the process conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments,so that the yield of branched-chain dodecylphenol could reach up to 50 percent.
