摘要 目的研究小鼠胎盘源干细胞抗臭氧致衰老的功效。方法吸入臭氧法制造小鼠衰老模型;剖宫产取小鼠胎盘,密度梯度离心法分离、腹腔注射法移植小鼠胎盘源干细胞;Y染色体原位杂交法检测细胞植入情况;超声检查小鼠心脏;各器官做组织学衰老程度比较、评分。结果移植30d后治疗组小鼠心脏、肾脏、肺脏、皮肤等器官各衰老指标与模型组之间差异无统计学意义。结论单纯移植小鼠胎盘源干细胞不能有效地抗臭氧致衰老。 Objective To evaluate the effect of mice placenta stem cell transplantation on mice ozone aging model.Methods A murine oxidative stress model was established via ozone inhalation.Mice placentae were obtained via cesarean section delivery.Placenta stem cells were isolated by gradient centrifugation and transplated into recipients by peritoneal injection.In situ Y chromosomal hybridization was constructed for detection of the transplanted cells.Histological scoring and senility degree of organs were assessed for comparison.Results There was no significantly statistical difference in the senile index of heart,kidney,lung and skin between the treatment group and the control group 30 days after transplantation.Conclusion Transplantation of mice placenta stem cells alone dose not have anti-aging effect in mice.
