套管膨胀过程中膨胀锥锥角对驱动力的影响 被引量:9

摘要 采用有限元方法模拟套管膨胀过程,求解了膨胀锥锥角不同时的液压驱动力,并分析了所需驱动力的大小与膨胀锥锥角的关系。结果表明,套管膨胀过程中膨胀锥存在一个最优锥角,在此锥角下膨胀套管所需的驱动力最小。在小于最优锥角范围内,驱动力随锥角的增大快速降低,在大于锥角范围内,驱动力随锥角的增大有增大的趋势。对于结构参数相同而材料钢级不同的套管,最优膨胀锥锥角较接近,与最优锥角对应的最小驱动力也较接近。 The finite element analysis method was adopted to simulate the process of casing expansion,and the hydraulic driving force at different expansion cone angles was solved and the relation between the driving force required and the expansion cone angle was analyzed.The result shows that there exists an optimal angle for the expansion cone in the process of casing expansion.At this angle the driving force needed for casing expansion is the minimum.Within an angle range less than the optimal angle,the driving force decreases fast with the increase of the cone angle.Within an angle range greater than the angle,the driving force tends to increase with the increase of the cone angle.As for the casing of the same structural parameters but different steel grades,the optimal expansion cone angle is close to each other and the minimum driving force corresponding to the optimal angle is also close to each other.
