摘要
随着钻井工艺的成熟发展,钻井液固控系统正朝着结构设计更巧妙、占地面积小、运移方式多样化、可靠性、安全性和环保要求不断提高的方向发展。介绍了国内研制的双层移动模块式固控系统、极地钻机钻井液固控系统和圆形罐固控系统的主要技术参数、结构特点和应用情况。双层移动模块式固控系统具有结构紧凑、移动迅速等优点,其新颖独特的清砂方式以及岩屑收集处理系统能够实现钻井岩屑零排放,满足海洋环境钻井要求。极地钻机钻井液固控系统的振动筛罐可随主机移动,它采用700kW以上的柴油热风机给钻机和固控区供暖。圆形罐固控系统与矩形罐固控系统相比,提高了钻井液的配比均匀性、可利用率以及清砂处理效果,并且安装操作简单,能很好地满足钻井要求。
This paper introduces the major technical parameters,structural features and application of domestically developed double-layer mobile modularized solid control system,polar rig drilling fluid solid control system and circular tank control system.The double-layer mobile modularized solid control system has such strengths as compact structure and fast movement.Its new and unique sand-cleaning method and cuttings collection and processing system can achieve a zero discharge of drilling cuttings and thus can satisfy the drilling requirement in marine environment.The polar rig drilling fluid solid control system is characterized by migration,with the vibrating screen tank transported together with the main machine.Its warmth retention adopts the air heater of over 700 kW to heat the rig and solid control area.The circular tank solid control system improves the mixing and proportioning evenness,availability and sand-cleaning and processing effect of drilling fluid.It is easy to install and operate and can well satisfy the drilling requirement.
