支撑剂裂缝长期导流能力测量仪的研制

摘要 国外的长期导流测量仪器价格昂贵,且售后服务不方便,为此研制了CDLY-2006智能化长期导流能力测量仪。该仪器是按照现代仪器模块化、集成化和网络化思想而设计研制的,其自动压力加载系统采用液压泵快速加载与微量泵自动平衡控制技术,数据采集控制系统采用模块加网络解决方案,自动化程度高,性能稳定可靠。试验及应用情况表明,该仪器能在0~100MPa的闭合压力下,按要求匀速加载到各个设定压力,24~300h精确保载,压力波动范围≤0.5MPa,相同条件下平行样品检测误差≤5%,符合试验检测标准要求。 Due to the fact that the foreign long-term diversion measuring instrument is expensive and its after-sale service is inconvenient,the CDLY-2006 intelligent long-term diversion capacity measuring instrument was developed.The instrument was designed according to the modularization,integration and networking of modern instruments.Its pressure loading adopts the technology of hydraulic pump fast loading and micro-pump automatic balance control,and data acquisition control system uses the module plus network solution program.Therefore it has high degree of automation and stable and reliable performance.The test and application show that the instrument can make an even loading of set pressures as required under the closure pressure of 0~100 MPa,with 24~300-hour precise load holding,and pressure fluctuation less than or equal to 0.5 MPa,and the inspection error of parallel samples under the same condition is less than or equal to five percent,which agrees with the requirement of the test standard.
