摘要
在原油粘度大、产液含水低和环境温度较低时应用现有稠油举升工艺会造成油井无法正常生产,严重时还会引起抽油杆断脱。为此,研制了新型逆向抽稠泵。该泵主要由泵筒、柱塞和换向阀组成,其主要特点是油管进油套管出油,靠油管掺水和液柱压差解决稠油井常见的光杆缓行问题,对稠油的适应性较强;柱塞上没有阀门,靠换向阀实现产液从油管到套管的换向。该泵在现场应用12口井,成功率100%,平均单井日增液21m3,日增油1.7t。
When crude oil is high in viscosity,the produced liquid is low in water content and the environmental temperature is low,application of available heavy oil lifting technique may not ensure the normal production of the oil well.Therefore,a kind of new-type reverse heavy oil pump was developed.The pump mainly consists of barrel,piston and reversing valve.Its major feature is oil's entry into tubing and exit from casing.The problem of the commonly seen polished rod's slow moving in heavy-oil wells is solved by adding water from tubing and liquid-column pressure differential.There is no valve in the piston.The directional change of liquid produced from tubing to casing is achieved by the reversing valve.The field application of the pump to 12 wells reached a 100% success rate.The daily increased liquid output per well is 21 m3,and the daily increased oil output is 1.7 tons.
