Design of the Control System of Bender Based on LOGO!

介绍采用通用逻辑控制模块LOGO!在折弯机控制系统中应用的实例。对折弯机系统、工作原理、控制过程及软硬件设计进行了全面的分析。为实现对折弯机高效、安全和可靠的控制,采用SIEMENS公司推出的LOGO!作为折弯机控制系统核心,对折弯机进行自动控制。实践证明:采用LOGO!作为控制核心,工作可靠、操作简单、便于维护,并提高了控制的柔性和功能的可拓展性。

An application of the universal logic controller LOGO! in the control system of bender was introduced. The bender system, the working principle, the control process and the hardware and software design were analyzed in detail. The control system chooses LOGO! of the SIEMENS company as the core of the con- trol system for effectively and safely control the bender in an automatic way. Practice shows that the bender with LOGO! has been running reliably and operating easily and also it is convenient for maintenance. Besides it improves the control flexibility and the functional expansion.
