摘要
金融危机影响了私营企业劳资关系的稳定性,具体表现为三方面变化:争议案件数量和涉案人数的快速增长、集体争议案件突出、劳动报酬类案件增幅大。在分析变化成因的基础上,政府、企业、劳动者三方都应出台有效应对措施,进而将危机转化为机遇,推动我国经济的稳定发展。
The financial crisis has affected the stability of the private enterprise labor relations,as demonstrated by changes in three areas:the rapid growth of the number of dispute cases and the number of people involved,the prominence of collective dispute cases,and the rapid growth of labor remuneration cases.On the basis of the analysis of the causes of these changes,the government,enterprises and workers should all take appropriate measures to turn the crisis into opportunities and promote the further development of China's economy.
