流量计孔径比对天然气输差的影响

目前,大多数天然气经过脱硫、净化处理后都采用长距离管道的方式进行输送,并采用孔板流量计来计量。但是,供气方和用气方在气量交接中往往存在较大的输差。本文利用利用CFD通用软件PHOEN ICS,对输差现象进行了数值计算,给出合理化建议。

At present ,the majority of natural gas is transported by the long--distance pipeline after dealing with desul- furization and purification. It is measured by orifice flow meter. However, gas supply party frequently exist metering error at grow to be provided for consumer. In this paper, aiming at the phenomenon of the metering error, the authors carry out the numerieal calculation by the use of CFD common software PHOENICS, and give reasonable proposals.
