摘要
通过对中小企业库存管理的现状与问题进行分析和探究,利用"JIT"生产和零库存管理的手段,尽可能降低库存水平、提高生产运营的效率,为企业挖掘更大利润,实现企业和社会资源充分的利用。
Inventory management for SMEs is studied through the current situation and problem analysis.The use of ＂JIT＂ production and inventory management means to minimize inventory levels to improve production efficiency of operations and achieve greater profits for business and social resources.
