高职院校学风现状调查与对策研究

Survey and Strategy Research of the Current Situation of Learning Atmosphere in Vocational Colleges

本文采用问卷调查的方法,从教师的视角,对江苏某高职院校学风现状进行了调查,针对学风现状及存在的问题,提出了高职院校要重视学风建设、健全教学管理、强化教风建设、注重学生思想与心理健康教育等加强学风建设的对策。

From teachers＇ perspective,a survey and analysis is made with a questionnaire on the present condition of learning atmosphere in a vocational college in Jiangsu Province.Based on the issues in learning atmosphere,some countermeasures are put forward to strengthen the establishment of learning atmosphere,such as valuing the establishment of learning atmosphere,perfecting the teaching management,strengthening the teaching atmosphere,emphasizing ideological education and psychological healthy education.
