Referring the operation rule of the international public security technology innovation and according to the missions and features of the Hefei Academy of Public Security Technology, we propose the correspond- ing strategies of how to run the Hefei Academy of Public Security Technology on the aspects of attracting tal- ents, setting standards, professional investment, input-output,and distribution of benefits.
