一次大强度训练对自行车运动员免疫指标的影响

摘要 目的:研究男子公路自行车运动员一次大强度训练考核对其部分免疫指标的影响。方法:检测运动前、运动后即刻、运动后3h、运动后12h和运动后24h Thl型细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、Th2型细胞因子白细胞介素-4(IL-4)。结果:IFN-γ、IFN-γ与IL-4比值在运动后即刻、运动后3h和运动后12h分别下降了25%、23%,18%、18%,10%、9%(P〈0.05),运动后24h上述指标基本恢复到运动前的水平,IL-4在运动前后无明显变化。结论:IFN-γ、IFN-7与IL-4比值在运动前的后变化幅度可以反映运动员免疫力、运动性疲劳的程度、对训练的适应及恢复情况,进而准确地评定运动员的机能状态和监控运动训练。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intensive training on some biochemical and immune indexes of 8 male road cyclist after a bout of winter training, and to monitor their exercise training. Methods:The author tested the Thl type cytokine, interferon-- y (IFN-γ), Th2 type cytokine, interleukin-4 ( IL-4), before exercising, immediately after exercising, in 3 h and in 12h after exercising. Results..IFN-γ,the radio of IFN-γ to IL-4 dropped respectively by 25%, 23 %, 18%, 18%, 10%, 9%immediately after exercising, in 3 h and 12h after exercising(P〈0.05),in 24h after exercise the immune indexes return to the basic level; There is no significant change in IL-4. Conclusion:The findings indicate that under exercise stress Thl deviated towards Th2 and cell's immune functions were weaken. Synthetical analysis combining some biochemical indexes with certain immune indexes could evaluate the athletes' functional state and monitor their exercise training more accurately.
