咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）是哮喘的一种特殊类型，以持续性或反复发作咳嗽为主要症状，既往被称为过敏性咳嗽，是儿童慢性咳嗽最常见原因，临床上缺乏早期治疗，往往会发展成更为严重的哮喘状态。现将我院2000～2007年间收治的55例CVA患儿的临床资料报告如下。
