颅脑损伤的患者的急诊护理体会

Head injury patient＇s emergency medical treatment nursing experience

目的：探讨颅脑损伤患者的急救与护理的最佳方法，提高抢救成功率。方法：回顾性总结我院32例颅脑损伤患者的临床抢救与护理经过。结果：32例颅脑损伤患者，治愈出院患者23例（71．9％），残疾5例（15．6％），死亡4例（12．5％）。结论：早期迅速、有效地的抢救以及准确的病情评估与护理能明显降低病死率，提高抢救成功率。

Objective：Discusses the head injury patient＇s first aid and the nursing best method, raises the rescue success ratio. Methods：The review summarizes my courtyard 32 example head injury patient＇s clinical rescue and the nursing process. Results：32 example head injury patient, is discharged the patient 23 examples （71.9%）, the disabled 5 examples （15.6%）, dies 4 examples （12.5 %）. Conclusion：The early time rapid, the effective place＇s rescue as well as the accurate condition appraisal and nursing can cut the case ,fatality rate obviously, raises the rescue success ratio.
