探讨突发急性呼吸窘迫症患者的临床护理

外科患者在围手术期因严重的感染和炎症而引发急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）临床上并不少见，这种严重的并发症早期易被原发病所掩盖，发病后病情进展快，治疗困难，预后欠佳，病死率较高。我院于2008-2009年间共收治ARDS患者30例，经呼吸机支持和积极抢救成功26例，现将护理体会报告如下。
